Our history

From neighbourhood group to formal organization

Founded by local residents who recognized a gap between municipal planning and actual street-level needs, the initiative began as an informal volunteer collective sharing equipment and tracking neighbourhood repairs.

Today, we operate as a structured civic non-profit while maintaining the direct, unmediated communication channels established on day one.

Public reporting

Neighbourhood-led steering committees determine local priorities through open monthly public sessions.

Every proposed initiative publishes direct expenditure data and clear resource allocation estimates before approval.

Direct resident coordination and active volunteer mobilization carry out the physical or administrative work.

Completed milestones and volunteer hour tracking are published openly for community audit and review.

Our core commitment

We measure progress by streets improved, hands joined, and commitments fulfilled.
